Smoothing normalized functional data (VTCs)

• Wizard to smooth multiple VTCs (by Hester Breman)

The main idea is to use BrainVoyager 2000 for this purpose as temporary solution. 
The wizard smooths all VTCs in a certain directory for you in no-time 
(dependent of the computational power of your equipment). The only actions to perform are 
entering the directory name and the low-pass filter value via dialogs. 
The wizard produces a log file.
