• Why does BVQX take so long to start ?

Modalities

TMS NeuroNavigation

Error: no coordinates appear on the 'recording' tab, after clicking the red 'start' button.

Solution: install the Zebris driver separately after installing BrainVoyager. The driver can be found on our ftp server (or write an email to support for instructions).

Network problems

On Windows XP, the firewall is default on and might block the HASP dongle. Make an exception for the dongle via Control Panel > Windows Firewall > Exceptions:
