Coordinates conversion scripts for Matlab

This archive contains Matlab functions which convert coordinates of the following coordinate systems: BrainVoyager QX Internal (BVint) - BrainVoyager QX System (BVsys) - Talairach (Tal) - Matlab array indices of the 'area of functional data'

The scripts:

BVint2BVsys - Converts BrainVoyager QX Internal coordinates to BrainVoyager QX System coordinates
BVint2Matlab - Converts BrainVoyager QX Internal coordinates to Matlab array indices of a VTC
BVint2Tal - Converts BrainVoyager QX Internal coordinates to Talairach coordinates
BVsys2BVint - Converts BrainVoyager QX System coordinates to BrainVoyager QX Internal coordinate
BVsys2Matlab - Converts BrainVoyager QX System coordinates to Matlab array indices of a VTC
BVsys2Tal - Converts BrainVoyager QX System coordinates to Talairach coordinates
Matlab2BVint - Converts Matlab array indices of a VTC to a matrix with 27 BrainVoyager QX Internal coordinates
Matlab2BVint1 - Converts Matlab array indices of a VTC to the inner voxel of the 27 BrainVoyager QX Internal coordinates
Matlab2BVsys - Converts Matlab array indices of a VTC to a matrix with 27 BrainVoyager QX System coordinates
Matlab2BVsys1 - Converts Matlab array indices of a VTC to the inner voxel of the 27 BrainVoyager QX System coordinates
Matlab2Tal - Converts Matlab array indices of a VTC a matrix with 27 Talairach coordinates
Matlab2Tal1 - Converts Matlab array indices of a VTC to the inner voxel of the 27 Talairach coordinates
Tal2BVint - Converts Talairach coordinates to BrainVoyager QX Internal coordinate
Tal2BVsys - Converts Talairach coordinates to BrainVoyager QX System coordinates
Tal2Matlab - Converts Talairach coordinates to Matlab array indices of a VTC
testConversion - Takes as input three BVsys coordinates (x,y,z) and creates an .ica-file which is zero in all voxels,
except in the voxel with the (x,y,z) coordinates. This voxel has value 1.
